Futon Frame is in EXCELLENT condition. Heavy duty and sturdy ! We are asking 40.00 for the futon frame. It has a mattress but my son spilled stuff on it , so i guess if you carpet cleaned it lol it would be fine. If you want the mattress you can have it for 20 bucks. Btw he is 8 , idk why the stuff is white , but i assure you it is nothing disgusti
